Church Bulletin, Sunday, August 11, 2024

Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Mark 11:24 ESV

In a time when there are so many things to distract and lead us away from the Lord, we must only remember that our Father in Heaven who is always present, has known us from before we were made, and has only great plans for us, is waiting to hear from us in prayer, and always listens and answers them.  Join us as a church in making prayer a priority in our lives. Offer prayers of thanksgiving for the blessings that have been bestowed upon you and those that you know.  Pray for those you know are in need, those in our congregation and in our communities, and those in leadership, both in our churches and in government, that the Spirit would be strong in those individuals and us. Revival starts with prayer!

Congratulations to Meschac Mbangu on becoming a Canadian Citizen this week! We’re so happy for you!

Please continue to pray for those in our church family that are sick or recovering from illness or injury. We lift up Ena Bertram, Shirley MacKay, Jean Petrino, Pastor Robbie Sevilla, and Micheline Weiler at this time.

If you have a prayer concern and would like one of our prayer teams to be praying for you, please let us know.

Just a reminder, Kathy Moreside, our Janitor, will be on holiday from July 28 and returning August 12. Please keep this as a reminder to ensure the church is kept up, garbage is taken out, etc. while she is away. Have a great vacation, Kathy!
